Terms

When you provide Fludha Guest House with personal data we will store this information about you now and in the future for marketing purposes, market research, tracking of bookings and in order to contact you. We will not pass this information on to any third parties. We will be happy to provide you with a copy of your personal information on request.
We do not store your card details beyond the duration of your stay
We are unable to accept advance bookings for single nights at weekends between May and September inclusive. However, occasionally we are left with a single night "between" bookings in which case we would be happy to accept a single night booking. Please call us direct on 0044 01557 331443 to enquire further.

Deposits

To secure a booking, guests are asked (wherever practical) to provide their debit or credit card details. We will hold this as security and we will charge a non refunable deposit of 10% ( min £25 ) of the value of the booking to the card before the booking can be confirmed.
In the event that a cancellation becomes necessary then providing at least 7 clear days notice is given no further moneys will be payable. If however, we receive less than 7 clear days notice, the FULL BALANCE OF BOOKING WILL BECOME PAYABLE.
We strongly recommend guests consider taking out travel insurance to cover for this eventuality.
We will make every effort to rebook the room and if successful then any payment's made (less bank charges) will be refunded.

Children

Fludha has no facilities for children, 13 year and older are treated (and charged) as adults

Pets

We are sorry but we are no longer able to accommodate Pets.

Drinks Policy

We are pleased to inform you that Fludha is licensed for the sale of alcoholic drinks to residents.
It is a condition of our license that only alcoholic drinks purchased at Fludha are allowed to be consumed in Public areas. i.e. Dining Room, Guest Lounge, Gallery and Gardens.

Check in/out Times

In order we can be sure to be here to greet you would guests please time their arrival for between 4 pm and      6 pm

Guests are asked to vacate the room on day of departure by 10:30

Card Payments

We welcome payment via credit or debit card and AMEX.
Debit and Credit cards incur no additional charge.
However, Guests who choose to pay by AMEX card will incur a 5% processing charge.
Cheques are no longer accepted
